Telephone exchange

Just plain and simple bad internet. Drops all the time. Speed is wildly inconsistent. Self serve for internet and tv is just awful. The modem/router which supposed to be the upgraded one is so out of date it doesn't even have the latest technology for wifi. By far the worst provider I have ever had. And they charge absolutely outrageous prices for the terrible product. If they didn't have a monopoly in the north I would switch in a heartbeat.

Advertise 3-9mbps. Getting .73mbps. Stopped responding to support calls, last time he was here he advised me to cut down a tree on the property (which we did). No change at all. Bad choice.
